The story
Long before the doors opened, Sawai Singh carried a quiet idea: a haveli that honours the soul of old Jaisalmer while giving today's travellers real comfort. After years of planning and patient craftsmanship, it opened in December 2025.
Rather than building something modern and detached, we revived age-old craft - hand-finished surfaces, carved stone, colours and textures chosen the old way - so that the beauty of the past feels alive in the present.

Two settings, one property. The indoor restaurant is warm and intimate, right for relaxed breakfasts and unhurried dinners. Upstairs, the rooftop looks straight at Jaisalmer Fort as the sun sets and the city glows in golden hues.
